Run every client from
one command center.
Clients, jobs, inspections, findings, training, documents, and reporting — across the entire consulting business.
ConfirmSafety For safety consultants
Most safety platforms are built around one company — its jobs, its crews, and its records. You manage safety across multiple client companies. ConfirmSafety is built around that.
Every client in one login QR and text in the field Findings closed with evidence
The platform
Three different people need three different views of the same records — and none of them should ever re-enter what another one already typed.
Clients, jobs, inspections, findings, training, documents, and reporting — across the entire consulting business.
Inspectors work from their phone — complete inspections, document findings, capture evidence, and open the jobs assigned to them. Nothing gets re-entered later.
Each client sees the reports, findings, corrective actions, and safety records for their organization — and never another client’s.
Built for consulting operations
Client organization, field work, findings and corrective actions, people, documents, and reporting — one system over all of it. Every record lands under the right client, the right job, and the right person.
01
Every client company, their jobs, their contacts, and the safety work scheduled against them — organized in one place, never mixed together.
02
Inspectors work from their phone, and QR codes and text links bring the work in from the site. What’s completed in the field becomes the record in the system.
03
Found → assigned → corrected → closed
Spotting the hazard is half the job. Making sure it gets corrected — and documenting the closeout — is the other half. Every finding stays tied to the client and job, and stays visible until it’s closed.
04
When something happens — or almost happens — the record around it stays together: what was reported, the photos and statements behind it, and the client and job it belongs to.
05
The people side of every client’s program — who is trained on what, which certifications are coming due, and the documents behind it all, organized by client.
06
Scheduled text reminders keep the routine work moving, reports and analytics show the operation across every client, and each client signs in to see their own records — nothing else.
Findings & corrections
Spotting the problem is the easy part. Proving it got fixed is the part that lives in email threads and gets lost. This closes it.
STEP 01
Your inspector records the finding where they are standing, with a photo, tied to the client and the job site. No writing it up back at the office at the end of the day.
STEP 02
It goes to the right person at the client with a correction due date. It sits open, and visible, until somebody does something about it.
STEP 03
Corrected, documented, and closed against the original finding. Over time, the history makes repeat issues easier to identify across a client’s jobs.
Records
Your clients hire you so that the record exists. This is where it lives — organized per client, and delivered to the people who need it.
Every inspection, JHA, permit, finding, and correction for that company — timestamped, tied to a site and a person, and retrievable by job, person, type, or date.
When configured, submitted records are emailed automatically to the client or other designated recipients. Records reach the client without anyone forwarding them later.
When they ask for documentation
When one of your clients is asked for safety documentation — by their carrier, their GC, their leadership, or an inspector — the request usually lands on you. In ConfirmSafety, their inspections, JHAs, permits, findings, corrective actions, incidents, training, and sign-offs stay organized by client, job, person, and date as the work happens. You retrieve the file. You don’t rebuild it from emails, binders, and somebody’s phone.
01
Show the program your client actually runs.
A carrier or reviewer wants to know what the safety program looks like day to day. Pull up the client’s inspections, JHAs, training records, findings, and completed corrective actions — the activity you’ve been capturing all along — instead of describing it.
02
Go back to the exact job, crew, and date.
When a claim or a review points at one day on one job, the records around it sit together — the inspection from that morning, the JHA, the findings open at the time, the photos, the training records. Not scattered across three inspectors’ phones and inboxes.
03
Find the record while they’re asking for it.
Permits, JHAs, toolbox talks, sign-offs, and corrective actions are searchable by job, person, type, or date. When an inspector or auditor asks for the last sixty days on a client’s site, you provide the records — not a week of gathering them.
ConfirmSafety does not promise lower insurance premiums, a better EMR, or a particular regulatory outcome. It gives your firm and your clients a better way to keep, organize, and retrieve the documentation behind the safety program.
