The field side
Two intake channels for the crew, split by what they attach to — one bolted to a machine or posted at a work area, one arriving on a phone at the hour the task should happen. Nothing for a worker to install. The third is for the people running the program: the full system, on their phone.
One code per asset or work area
The code lives where the work is. A crew member scans it and the form opens already knowing where it is — which machine, which area, which job. No wrong packet on the hood, no guessing at a serial number.
No code to scan, no app, no login
A scheduled link goes out and the crew taps it. Nothing to install and nothing to remember where to find — the form arrives when the task is supposed to happen.

For the safety manager, superintendent, or anyone you authorize — the full system on your phone while you walk the site. Crews still come in through QR and text with nothing to install; this is the view for whoever runs the program.
How it works
No app to download. No training day. A crew either scans the code where the work is or taps the text that just came in — and the safety team takes it from there.

The form opens already knowing the machine, the work area, or the crew and the day. Photos are required where they matter, so the record shows what the field actually saw.

Every submission arrives timestamped and tied to the job, the person, and — when it applies — the asset or workflow. Nothing waits on a clipboard to get typed up later.
STEP 03
Review what comes in, and assign corrective action with an owner and a due date where it’s needed. Formatted records can be emailed automatically to the people you configure — no forwarding, no chasing.
